Susan Ramsey, MS, RD, LDN, CDE, Senior Manager, Medical Nutrition Services, Sodexo, will address the process and techniques of behavior change using Motivational Interviewing. Participants will learn to identify and work with resistance while exploring readiness for change. Techniques will include mirroring, experiments and self-disclosure.
